I purchased this item refurbished. I was fearful of what it was I might get and be "stuck with" should it prove damaged. A lack of information with shipping and it not being clear where or who the watch was shipped from, also caused some stress. Nearly three weeks into my purchase, however, I couldn't be happier with it. It works as good as new and meets my every need for far less cost than a newer device would.The device arrived safe and sound and one day early.Although without a manual and "official" box, all else was included in the purchase (including apple sticker). The charge keeps into the next day. I find it easy to take off the watch and charge it overnight, as I do not track my sleep. It would be just as easy to charge during the day, however, during some downtime. It charges quickly.My only difficulty came with syncing the watch to my iPhone. I, initially, tried to sync the device to an iPhone 8-it didn't work. Syncing to my new iPhone CS, however, was far less onerous. There were still some complications, but none had to do with the watch. Most had to do with degree the devices were charged and the speed of the wifi I was using.Overall, and so far, this was a great purchase. I use the watch for tracking my health and fitness, and many other things-all of which work well.Great condition!I saw several reviews that said their watch was still paired with previous owner. I had same but messaged the seller and they explained that it was in demo mode. They sent instructions on how to reset it. Here’s the reply and instrunctions:Sounds like the Apple watch might have been sent in what's called "demo mode". This happens when the tech resets the watch sometimes it jumps into demo mode. Please make sure its charged to at least 50% and follow the reset instructions below.1) Press the crown.2) go to settings3) Scroll down to the password Button (it will be gray and you cannot press it)4) take 2 fingers and tap 3 times quickly.5) a new page will open scroll down to erase all settings6) ConfirmAll done, the Watch will reset and restart.If this does not help resolve the issue, please let us know so that we can proceed on exchanging the device out.Thank you.Kind regards,JenAVANT SOLUTIONSHad a little problem setting up but it was my fault. Very satisfied.im updateing my review because at first we could not get the watch to pair but then after talking to a rep we were told to have the watch on the charger and above 50% charge before trying to update also some of the issue may have been the wifes phone(something about having to be connected to wifi). im a samsung android guy because life is simple that way and options are more plentiful plus i can do updates over cell service where i guess thats not an option with apple?. hope this helps someone with similar issues.This "refurbished" watch still had the prior owner's text messages, financial information and contacts still on it. I can't use it.Update: I was able to reset it with the triple tap method. I will see if the charge and other features hold up.Watch looks as good as new and works perfectly so far.
