Where do I start? This case and bracelet are bulky, but to be fair, I do have very small wrists. My issues are with the lack of quality of the product, accessories and packaging. First of all, there were absolutely no instructions or references to videos to assist the consumer with using the link changing tool for properly removing links. And the tool was just that – – a “tool”. It broke on my very first attempt to use it. As for the case back which has four holes to secure it to the case, I was only given two screws. If I had paid $20 for this, I probably would have just kept it but this is absolutely not worth $120. Returning for a refund.The band has FLAT screws and you guys send a PHILIPS screw driver. Are you kidding me?It took weeks to arrive and it was delivered to the post office instead of coming to my house. The band can be ok. But the service and the “””tools””” were ridiculous. You have to learn how to sell or delivery. $120 worst spent ever
