I was really excited about this product. Unfortunately I think they rushed this to market and it wasn’t ready at all.The first unit I ordered flat out didn’t work at all. It would never take a measurement. It would tell me each time “keep touching pads” or something of the like but I was. I tried every which way. I reset the watch. Reinstalled the app. Etc. Every single time it would tell me it couldn’t give me a reading due to me taking my hands off the sensors. After a number of emails going back and forth between myself and customer support (they offer no live chat or phone number), it was decided I had a faulty device so they allowed me to return it and they would send me another one.The second one came, and worked perfectly. For about 2 days. Over this past weekend I had noticed a red led flashing on my band. I didn’t know what that meant, but I hadn’t taken a reading in a couple of days so I thought it might be a reminder to do so. So I tried to get a reading. Placed my hands the same way on the device. This time, I didn’t get the error of it telling me my hands weren’t correct. It didn’t give me any errors at all. It seemed as thought it was reading correctly (takes about 30 seconds) but the process never actually completed. It told me to keep my hands on the device which I was doing. That message never went away. I could have held the position for 5 hours and it wouldn’t have given me a reading.I thought maybe I was having a battery issue. So before I sent the other one back, I removed the battery and swapped them out. Same thing. I reset the watch. Reinstalled the app. Etc. Nothing worked.In the end, it’s not a good product. I’ll be returning them both. While it worked for those couple of days. I did like it. But the time it took to troubleshoot, work with customer service via slow emails, pack up and return the items, it’s a complete waste of time. Time I don’t have.Maybe you’ll get lucky. But I had 2 device and they both failed. Buy at your own risk.
